The new mobile application for your Direct Express® Debit MasterCard® card provides convenient and secure money management from your mobile device. It is available to download for free for cardholders whose card number begins with 533248. To access the app, you will need to register using your card details before logging in for the first time.

Important Note: If your card starts with 511563, please do not download this app. Instead, search the app store for the yellow Direct Express® logo with a description specifying compatibility with cards starting with 511563.

When you enroll to receive your federal benefits on the Direct Express® card, you can expect monthly payments without the hassle of cashing checks or worrying about loss or theft. Your funds will be automatically deposited to your Direct Express® card account on payment day, eliminating the need for physical checks. You can use your card to make purchases at Debit MasterCard® participating stores, withdraw cash from ATMs, receive cash back when making purchases, and make online payments. Additionally, you can purchase money orders at the U.S. Post Office using your debit card.
